For preventive maintenance we can send you one of our experienced technicians for a thorough inspection of your machinery, after this inspection we provide an inspection report. This report will inform you exactly what needs to be replaced including corresponding costs. Replacement can be carried out by yourselves or by our technicians.
For unexpected situations we are ready to help you out with advice, spare parts and technicians, anywhere in the world.
Constantly we improve our machines, these improvements are based upon experiences we get back from our customers. We inform our customers about these improvements by “Technical Bulletins”, made by Wing Ho Kwok, who takes care of distribution of these bulletins.
